Often when I watch something, I either want it to inspire me, educate me, open my mind or move me.

When I was looking through Netflix’s documentaries, I came across the doc ‘Minimalism‘.

Two guys in corporate America who realized that the hunt for the materialistic wasn’t making them happy and that the process of that hunt, was making them miserable.

According to them, there is nothing wrong with consumption, but the problem is compulsory consumption.

Because we’re taught that’s what we’re supposed to do.

And it’s not about owning as little as possible, it’s about only having things in your life that truly have a use or meaning to you.

So if you have no plans for your movie night yet, maybe give this one a go :).

I loved seeing people no longer being dictated what to do and actually deciding what they wanted to do.

That was different for everybody.
